Please follow these steps to download your annotation results:

• Retrieve the run ID from the email that was sent to you
• Add your run ID to the search box and type enter
• If the file is available, a download link will appear. Click on the link to download your results.
• If the file is not available, it is likely still running. Please try again in few minutes.
• Download links remain active for 1 month after the run is completed.
• If you notice any issues (e.g. missing files, an error in the log file), please contact us by mail
